Multiple cranial neuropathies are uncommon, but, they can be fatal in some cases. Diverse causes such as trauma, infection, tumor, or inflammation induce multiple cranial neuropathies. Here in, we present a patient with rapidly progressive multiple cranial neuropathies, which involved the right optic, oculomotor, trochlear, trigeminal, abducens, facial, and vestibulocochlear nerves due to the putative cerebral aspergillosis.
